Key Responsibilities:
- Own the D2C P&L across web and mobile app channels.
- Define and execute growth strategies across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative.
- Own paid performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta Ads with ROAS-led scaling.
- Manage end-to-end performance of Shopify web and mobile app platforms.
- Drive CRO initiatives across homepage, PDPs, checkout, and app journeys.
- Lead mobile app growth including installs, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Use CleverTap for lifecycle automation, personalization, and app engagement.
- Design loyalty and retention programs using Nector Pay.
- Lead analytics, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and cohort analysis.
- Own growth budgets, forecasting, and vendor/agency management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or app-led growth roles.
- Proven experience owning revenue growth and P&L.
- Strong expertise in Shopify (web and mobile app ecosystem).
- Hands-on experience in mobile app growth, analytics, ASO, and retention.
- Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with CleverTap, loyalty platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with exposure to AI/ML-based insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or Analytics.
- Experience with headless commerce or multi-brand D2C setups.
- Knowledge of advanced attribution models and performance marketing analytics
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
