Home Delivery Staff
Location: Daymart Supermarket, Nadakkavu, Calicut
Job Summary
Daymart Supermarket is looking for a responsible and active Home Delivery Staff to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. In addition to delivery duties, the candidate will support in-store sales activities during non-delivery hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and on time
- Handle cash/card payments during delivery (if required)
- Ensure proper handling of items to avoid damage
- Maintain delivery records and reports
- Assist customers politely during delivery
During Non-Delivery Hours:
- Support the sales team on the shop floor
- Assist in product arrangement and shelf stocking
- Help customers with basic queries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
Eligibility Criteria
- Own scooter/bike is mandatory
- Valid driving license required
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Nadakkavu / Calicut
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and punctual
