About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with design tools and a solid understanding of design principles. This role focuses on creating visually compelling graphics for digital platforms aligned with our brand identity.
Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create creatives for digital advertising, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Conceptualize and deliver posters, banners, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert ideas into visual content
- Maintain consistency across designs while exploring fresh and innovative styles
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
- Experience in creating creatives for social media campaigns and digital ads.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.
Good to Have (Optional):
- Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts (wireframing, user flow, simple interface design)
Preferred Qualities:
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new design trends
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and social media platforms
