Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to manage day-to-day campus operations, ensuring smooth functioning of infrastructure, hostel, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee campus and hostel maintenance
- Manage mess operations (food quality, vendor coordination, stock purchase)
- Handle basic accounts and expense tracking
- Coordinate with vendors (security, housekeeping, maintenance)
- Maintain records (attendance, fuel, logbooks, maintenance schedules)
- Manage petty cash and operational expenses
- Support dispatch of study materials
- Handle internet services and device coordination
- Assist in office and academic operational tasks
Requirements
Ability to drive a car is an added advantage
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 of experience in operations / hostel / facility management
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Office tools
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Operations management: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- 4 wheeler license (Required)
