As a UI/UX Designer at Talview, you’ll design intuitive, elegant, and user-centered interfaces that power mission-critical hiring and assessment workflows used globally.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to transform requirements into seamless user experiences and high-quality designs.
- Ship real designs Create intuitive, visually appealing UI for web & mobile products
- Design user journeys Build wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Collaborate across teams Partner with PMs and engineers to convert ideas into usable designs
- Drive UX research Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Improve product usability Identify UX issues and propose user-centred improvements
- Build responsive experiences Ensure designs work across screens, devices, and browsers
- Maintain design systems Contribute to and enhance Talview’s design guidelines & UI library
- Create visual assets Icons, illustrations, design components, graphics
- Prototype interactions Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma / XD
- Stay ahead of trends Bring fresh ideas from emerging UX tools, patterns, and technology
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design / HCI / Interaction Design (or equivalent)
- 2–4 years of experience designing for web or mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and UI/UX thinking
- Understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices
- Awareness of HTML/CSS fundamentals (bonus if you can work hands-on)
- Strong communication skills — able to explain design choices clearly
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
Bonus points for:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or how front-end development works
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methods or usability testing
- Active participation in design communities or design challenges
