We are looking for a passionate Product Designer who is eager to create intuitive, user-centered experiences and contribute to impactful digital products. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced designers, product teams, and developers while gaining exposure to real-world design challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements.
- Participate in the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and handoff.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with user expectations and business objectives.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate concepts, validate ideas, and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Conduct secondary research, competitor analysis, and support user research activities to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, UI components, and design documentation.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
- Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback, testing results, and business requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX and product design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving abilities, and user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and design systems.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating impactful digital experiences and solving real user problems.
- Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Exposure to user research, usability testing, or design validation activities.
