We are looking to expand our team and are hiring for two distinct positions in our optical store: Optical Sales Executives (Sales Man / Sales Girl) for our showroom counter, and a skilled Optical Lab Technician / Fitter for our lens laboratory. Depending on your experience and skillset, you will be placed in either the Customer Sales division or the Technical Lab division. Both roles require individuals who are dedicated to accuracy, quality, and exceptional service.
Position 1: Optical Sales Executive (Sales Man / Sales Girl)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers warmly and guide them through our frame and lens collections.
- Understand customer lifestyle needs and recommend appropriate lens types (e.g., anti-glare, progressives, blue-cut).
- Take accurate facial measurements (such as Pupillary Distance) for custom orders.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized showroom display counter.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Position 2: Optical Lab Technician / Lens Fitter
- Read and accurately interpret optical prescriptions from eye care professionals.
- Operate and maintain automated or manual lens edgers, blockers, and tracers.
- Cut, shape, and fit different lens materials (polycarbonate, high-index, plastic) perfectly into plastic, metal, or rimless frames.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
