Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, payroll processing, recruitment, employee documentation, and general HR administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory Compliance
- Manage PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC registrations, monthly returns, and compliance.
- Prepare and process PF & ESIC challan payments within statutory deadlines.
- Coordinate with government portals and resolve employee-related PF/ESIC queries.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
Payroll & Salary Processing
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, leave adjustments, and reimbursements.
- Generate salary slips and maintain payroll records.
- Coordinate with the Finance department for salary disbursement.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Handle joining and exit formalities, including Full & Final Settlement.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Support employee engagement and resolve routine HR queries.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and monthly HR documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, challan generation & payment, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in salary preparation and payroll software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,167.16 per month
