Key Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum design and academic strategy.
- Manage academic teams, SMEs, and content developers.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE standards.
- Maintain academic quality and improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance LMS content.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Education (M.Ed./MA Education or equivalent).
- 5–8+ years of experience as an Academics Head.
- Experience in EdTech/LMS preferred.
- Strong leadership, curriculum development, and communication skills.
