- Supervise daily installation work at project sites and ensure smooth operations.
- Guide installation teams during the fitting of UPVC & Aluminium windows and doors.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved measurements, drawings, and project requirements.
- Check materials delivered to the site and confirm the correct quantity and specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and installation teams for smooth execution of work.
- Identify site issues related to installation, materials, or site conditions and take action to resolve them.
- Communicate with clients, builders, and contractors regarding site work progress.
- Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain site records and share regular progress updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, installation, or construction work.
- Basic knowledge of site work, measurements, and installation processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and handle work efficiently
