Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, generate sales, and support business development activities through telecalling. Candidates with good communication skills and customer handling experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with sales and operations team for order processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in Tele Sales / Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in the required languages.
- Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Qualification
Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience.
