Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and infrastructure projects.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, contractors, PMCs, and government departments.
- Generate product specifications and secure brand approvals in upcoming projects.
- Conduct project mapping to identify new and ongoing construction projects.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, technical presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, dispatch, and project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify new business opportunities.
- Track competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to improve market share.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain outstanding receivables within company norms.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, product launches, architect meets, and dealer engagement programs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
