We are looking for a Life Asia Developer with around 5 years of experience in Life Insurance technology and strong hands-on experience with Life Asia/Life400. The role will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting core policy administration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, enhance, and maintain Life Asia/Life400 applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Deliver enhancements for new product launches, policy administration, customer servicing, and business initiatives.
- Perform development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Develop and support integrations between Life Asia and surrounding applications, including Underwriting Engines, Workflow, Sales Portals, CCM, Middleware, and Web/Mobile applications.
- Conduct technical impact analysis and support solution design for system changes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, Architects, and other technology teams.
- Participate in code reviews, release management, deployment, and production support activities.
- Investigate and resolve system issues and ensure timely delivery of fixes and enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development and deployment best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Around 5 years of IT experience, preferably within the Life Insurance/Financial Services industry.
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Life Asia/Life400.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance products and policy administration processes.
- Experience in Life Asia development, configuration, customization, or application support.
- Good understanding of system integration, APIs, interfaces, and batch processing.
- Experience integrating with Underwriting, Workflow, Sales/Distribution, CCM, and Digital/Mobile applications.
- Experience with Agile/Iterative development methodologies.
- Understanding of source control, testing, release management, and deployment practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware technologies is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹672,114.50 per year
