- Identify hiring needs with department managers.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Perform reference and background checks (if required).
- Negotiate salary and job offers.
- Assist with onboarding and new employee documentation.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
