Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & Tender submission
- Costing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
- Identify risks, value engineering options, and cost-saving opportunities
- Tendering &
- Bidding
- Prepare tender pricing, bid summaries, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations for compliance and cost-effectiveness
- Assist in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and negotiations
- Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for cost inputs
- Review drawings to identify discrepancies and raise RFIs
- Support project team during handover from estimation to execution
- Budget Control &
- Reporting
- Prepare cost comparison statements and estimate breakdowns
- Maintain estimation databases, rate libraries, and historical cost data
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost control reports
- Compliance &
- Documentation
- Ensure estimates comply with client requirements, specifications, and standards
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, assumptions, and backup calculations
- Support audits and internal reviews related to cost and tendering
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools (Excel, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Understanding of market rates, materials, labor, and subcontracting practices

Pay: ₹18,662.36 - ₹50,585.45 per month
