Position: Inside Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Job Summary:
Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support business growth by generating new leads, developing customer relationships, and promoting the company's international freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills to convert enquiries into long-term business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Sales.
- Good knowledge of international freight forwarding and shipping services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
