We are looking for a sharp, creative, reliable and highly organised Assistant to work closely with the founder of a design-led, fine jewellery brand.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily social media handle like Instagram
- Revert to DMs and basic online posts
- Manage day-to-day basic coordination, scheduling and administrative tasks
- Handle client communication, queries and calls with ease and polish
- Support planning and execution of exhibitions, showcases and special events
- Assist with operational tasks across the business as the team grows
- Bring structure, follow-through and calm to a fast-moving environment
Who You Are
- 1+ years of work experience (Social media/EA / operations / client-facing roles preferred)
- Exceptionally organised and dependable
- Well-spoken, confident communicator in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable handling both people and processes
- Proactive, detail-oriented and naturally takes ownership
- Proficient to handle the Microsoft Office suite and savvy with basic AI
- Someone who enjoys a dynamic, evolving role rather than a fixed routine
- This is not a routine desk role — it’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of a growing creative business.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
