Job Description:
MVD Manpower Services is looking for a responsible and experienced Field Supervisor to manage and oversee security operations at various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards deployed at different locations
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and performance of staff
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Coordinate with clients and management
- Handle daily reports and incident management
Requirements:
- Experience in security services preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites
- Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation
- Must have a valid ID and preferably a two-wheeler
