Job Purpose
To ensure the quality, reliability, and smooth operation of the ERP application by performing manual testing, providing technical support to end users, resolving application issues, and supporting day-to-day business operations during both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
A. Manual Testing
· Prepare and execute test cases based on business requirements.
· Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects using the defect management system.
· Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before production deployment.
· Validate reports, workflows, permissions, and business processes.
· Prepare test scenarios, test data, and testing documentation.
· Coordinate with developers and business users to clarify requirements.
· Ensure ERP modules meet quality standards before release.
· Maintain testing records and release sign-off documentation.
B. ERP Technical Support
· Provide Level-1 and Level-2 support for ERP users.
· Resolve application, login, printer, and configuration issues.
· Create user accounts, assign roles, and manage access permissions.
· Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.
· Assist users during ERP implementation, upgrades, and production releases.
· Support departments in resolving day-to-day ERP operational issues.
· Monitor ticket resolution within SLA timelines.
· Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
· Maintain issue logs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
Shift Responsibilities
Day Shift
· Provide onsite ERP user support.
· Execute testing for new features and enhancements.
· Validate reported issues before escalation.
· Conduct user training and assist during UAT.
· Coordinate with business departments and developers.
· Monitor application performance and support production users.
· Prepare daily status reports.
Night Shift
· Provide production support for critical ERP operations.
· Monitor application availability and business transactions.
· Verify scheduled jobs, integrations, backups, and interfaces.
· Support emergency incidents and high-priority issues.
· Validate fixes deployed during maintenance windows.
· Prepare detailed shift handover reports.
· Escalate critical production issues immediately.
Required Skills
· Strong understanding of Manual Software Testing concepts.
· Experience in ERP testing and production support.
· Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, and UAT.
· Ability to prepare test cases and defect reports.
· Basic knowledge of data validation.
· Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
· Familiarity with Windows, networking, and printer troubleshooting.
· Ability to work independently in rotational shifts.
Preferred Technical Knowledge
· Healthcare ERP / Hospital Information System (HIS/HMIS) experience.
· Patient Registration, OPD/IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Store, Purchase, Finance, and HR modules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
