Key Responsibilities
Administration & Facility Management
Overall administration and smooth functioning of office premises.
Complete responsibility for office facility management and maintenance.
Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, electricians, plumbers, and other support staff.
Ensure timely AMC, preventive maintenance, and repair of office equipment and infrastructure.
Manage vendors, negotiate rates, prepare work orders, and monitor service quality.
Maintain inventory and procurement of housekeeping materials, pantry items, stationery, furniture, and office assets.
Good knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, cleaning equipment, consumables, and maintenance materials.
Ensure office hygiene, safety standards, fire safety compliance, and statutory requirements.
Handle office renovation, civil work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior maintenance activities.
Monitor utility expenses, maintenance budgets, and vendor payments.
Legal & Compliance
Draft, review, and negotiate Contracts, Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, and other legal documents in English & Hindi.
Handle legal notices, replies, and documentation in coordination with legal counsel.
Maintain records of legal cases, court dates, agreements, and legal correspondence.
Coordinate with advocates, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
Handle property documentation, lease agreements, registrations, and compliance activities.
Ensure legal compliance related to office administration and property matters.
Real Estate & Property Management
Strong knowledge of the Real Estate & Property Market.
Experience in property purchase, sale, lease, rent agreements, registration, and documentation.
Knowledge of Sale Deed, Registry, Circle Rate, Khasra, Khatauni, Mutation, GPA, and other property documents.
Coordinate with property consultants, brokers, builders, and government authorities.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Handle procurement of office and facility-related materials.
Identify new vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.
Education & Experience
Graduate (MBA/LLB preferred).
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Administration, Facility Management, Legal Coordination, and Real Estate.
Strong understanding of contracts, legal documentation, and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of facility operations, housekeeping materials, maintenance planning, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office, document management, and reporting.
Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
