Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with up to 5 years of Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners and vendors.
- Search and identify suitable job requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
- Submit consultants to matching requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate rates and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain daily activity reports and meet assigned targets.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of the US Staffing process is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, or Indeed is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
