Job Summary
The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities, generating leads, promoting the organization's products/services, coordinating campaigns, managing customer interactions, and contributing to business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Activities
- Implement marketing plans and strategies at the branch/local level.
- Conduct promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer reach.
- Identify potential customer segments and new business opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads through field visits, digital campaigns, referrals, events, and other marketing channels.
- Identify and approach prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with counsellors/telecallers and sales teams.
- Support lead conversion and achievement of branch business targets.
- Maintain a healthy and updated sales/lead pipeline.
3. Field Marketing
- Conduct visits to potential customers, institutions, companies, partners, and other relevant locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, promotional events, and awareness programs.
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate product/service benefits effectively.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Interact professionally with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.
- Support customer acquisition and retention activities.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
5. Campaign & Brand Promotion
- Coordinate branch-level promotional campaigns.
- Ensure proper use of marketing materials and brand communication.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for campaigns and promotional requirements.
- Track campaign responses and provide feedback on effectiveness.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, field visits, and marketing activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Track lead generation and conversion performance.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor updates to the reporting manager.
7. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Branch Head, Counsellors, Telecallers, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Support the team in achieving branch marketing and revenue targets.
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and review sessions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may be considered for junior positions.

Authority & Accountability
The Marketing Officer is accountable for executing assigned marketing activities, generating qualified leads, supporting customer acquisition, maintaining accurate marketing records, and contributing to the achievement of branch-level business targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
