Job Title: Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations Specialist
Location: Sector-62 Noida (Onsite)
Duration: Ongoing
- Resources required: On priority – ASAP
- Work model: 5 days a week, work from office (no remote/hybrid)
- Shift timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (night shift) (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations Specialist to support end-to-end order management activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in order processing, customer service, ERP/CRM systems, and case management while ensuring high levels of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Transaction Management
- Enter, review, and process customer orders in ERP/CRM systems with accuracy and completeness.
- Manage order queues and prioritize work based on business requirements, key customers, and urgent requests.
- Perform order updates, adjustments, corrections, and maintenance activities.
- Support both EDI and manual order entry processes while resolving transaction-related issues.
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and shipment updates.
- Proactively communicate order confirmations, delays, and changes to customers.
- Provide professional, timely, and solution-oriented customer support.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Case & Queue Management
- Manage customer service cases from initiation through resolution.
- Process cases in assigned queues while meeting defined service levels.
- Route complex issues to appropriate teams for further resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests.
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order processing, payment handling, and customer communication.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including secure handling of customer and payment information.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in order entry, order maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and case management systems.
- Familiarity with EDI and manual order processing.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage shared work queues and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to process accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and maintaining service quality.
Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
