We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online research.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
