We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Administrator to join our school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome parents, students, and visitors.
* Answer and direct phone calls.
* Maintain student and office records.
* Handle correspondence and office documentation.
* Support day-to-day administrative activities.
* Coordinate with staff and management as required.
Requirements:
* Any Bachelor’s Degree.
* Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Prior administrative/front office experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
