- Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients (doctors, distributors, pharmacies) for franchise opportunities, product info, or orders.
- Lead Management: Generate new leads and convert them into sales through effective follow-ups.
- Product Promotion: Clearly explain pharma products, services, and offers.
- Order Processing: Take and process product orders accurately.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer records and call logs in CRM or Excel.
- Sales Coordination: Work with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
- Communication: Excellent verbal (Hindi/English often required) and interpersonal skills
- Experience: Varies, with many roles welcoming freshers or those with telecalling/pharma experience
