Requirements
* Candidate must own a Bike and possess a valid Driving License.
* Good knowledge of accounting and administrative functions.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting software.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
* Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and financial records.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
* Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
* Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
* Generate basic financial and MIS reports.
Administration Responsibilities
* Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
* Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
* Handle office purchases and inventory management.
* Support staff with administrative requirements.
* Visit banks, vendors, or other locations when required using own bike.
