Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, generating leads, improving online visibility, and driving brand awareness through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and posting regularly.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to generate leads and maximize ROI.
- Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Generate qualified leads and support business development through digital channels.
- Manage the company's online reputation and respond to customer inquiries on digital platforms.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with relevant certifications and internship experience may also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of video editing and graphic design tools is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn new digital marketing trends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
