Key Responsibilities
- Bill Preparation: Generate accurate RA bills, interim invoices, and final bills for clients and subcontractors based on site progress.
- Measurement Verification: Cross-check actual site measurements against architectural drawings, Measurement Books (MB), and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- BOQ & Cost Control: Study the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), estimate material costs, and monitor the project's financial trajectory to prevent budget overruns.
- Rate Analysis: Analyze items using standard rates (e.g., Delhi Schedule of Rates) or market rates to evaluate labor, machinery, and material costs.
- Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for building materials to account for what was ordered vs. what was consumed.
- Contract Management: Understand tender conditions, process claims for extra items, and ensure compliance with contract terms
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
