Role: To oversees the daily production of hard-shell suitcases (ABS/Polycarbonate), ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Core Responsibilities
1. Production: Operate thermoforming machines, create schedules, and meet deadlines
2. Quality: Enforce QC procedures and inspect finished luggage before shipment.
3. Cost & Materials: Order raw materials, reduce waste, and control operating expenses.
4. Safety: Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and labor laws
5. Leadership: Supervise workers, train staff, and resolve conflicts
Requirements :
1. Education: Bachelor’s in mechanical/industrial engineering or business administration
2. Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing operations
3. Skills: Knowledge of ABS materials, thermoforming machines, strong leadership, and analytical abilities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
