Job Title: Production Manager

Qualification: BE/ Diploma Textile
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Job Description
1) Diagnosing the problem in the production and process line.
2) Evaluate and work with management and production manager to eliminate manufacturing Constrains including labor and equipment tooling and facilities.
3) Work with engineering, quality and production to resolve non-conformance, coordinate the creation disposition and translate into manufacturing order.
4) Identify and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at improving cost schedule and quality.
Responsibilities:
1) Achieving daily production target.
2) Changing of process parameter as per target properties required.
3) Manpower arrangement as per work requirement.
4) To give daily production plan to line operator with ensure all raw material available in shop floor like scrim and fibre.
5) Online monitoring of production and quality.
6) Maintain daily raw material stock and production entry in system.
7) Manufacturing of nonwoven fabric for filter and belting fabric (export fabric).
8) Monitoring and controlling the production operation.
9) Preparation of technical & submit daiy production & downtime reports .
10) Filing the production parameter in log book and monitoring the same of the carding
/needle punch /technical nonwoven machine . in case as per requirement changing the
parameter as per quality norms /customer specification .
11) Control the wastage of raw material .
12) Zero percentage of accidents during production , given the proper training to operator and helper regarding self safety , & machine related knowledge for avoid accident .
13) Making a shift schedule of worker (shift rotation , absence , vacation and overtime ).
14) To give the production plan to operator with instruction of quality norms with ensuring all raw material available in shop floor .
