We’re Hiring: Manager – Outreach, Engagement & Events
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional to join our team as Manager – Outreach, Engagement & Events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with communities, and contributing to the growth of an educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with parents, students, and local communities
- Promote the organization’s vision, values, and educational offerings
- Support outreach initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement
- Coordinate and execute internal and external events
- Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to support continuous improvement
- Maintain regular reporting and follow-up processes
Role Expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and outreach activities
- Prior experience in outreach, relationship management, education, or events will be preferred
Additional Information
- This is primarily a field-oriented role
- Candidate should have their own conveyance
- Fuel / travel support will be provided as per policy
