About the Role
Kugelblitz Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Intern to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will work closely with the Implementation, Product, Development, and Client teams to support the successful implementation of our software solutions.
This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in software implementation, client coordination, and product-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Implementation team in configuring and deploying software solutions as per client requirements.

Understand and document client requirements and business processes.

Coordinate with Product, Development, and Support teams for implementation-related activities.

Assist in data validation, system configuration, testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Identify, document, and follow up on implementation issues.

Support client onboarding and provide assistance during implementation.

Prepare implementation documents, reports, and user guides.

Participate in client discussions and requirement clarification meetings.

Track implementation tasks and ensure timely completion.

Provide post-implementation support and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
Requirements

0–1 year of experience in implementation, software support, business analysis, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in MBA or Equivalent .

Basic understanding of software applications and databases.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Basic knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
