We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, generating leads, and maintaining good communication with clients.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers
* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
* Explain company services and offers clearly
* Follow up with interested clients
* Maintain customer records and call details
* Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
* Coordinate with the counseling/sales team
Requirements
* Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi
* Basic computer knowledge
* Positive attitude and convincing skills
* Ability to handle customers politely
* Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus
* Freshers can also apply
