- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a high standard of hospitality.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office and lounge environment.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with patients to enhance retention and trust.
- Manage the clinic's front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling emails, and managing WhatsApp queries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using the clinic's management software.
- Coordinate with Doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams to optimize patient flow and minimize waiting times.
- Register new patients, create digital/physical case files, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle daily billing, generate invoices for consultations, treatments, or procedures, and process payments (Cash, Cards, UPI).
- Maintain precise daily accounts, manage cash registers, and hand over closing financial reports at the end of each shift.
- Brief patients clearly regarding the cost of treatments, packages, or clinical policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
