About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid advertising, and a passion for driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Generate quality leads through performance marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
