The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth through B2B and B2C digital channels. The role involves managing e-commerce platforms, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, developing digital sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers in the textile, garment, and accessories industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online sales through company website, B2B portals, and marketplaces.
- Generate and convert leads from digital channels.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to improve online visibility and lead generation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or business development.
- Experience in textile, narrow fabric, garment accessories, or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
