Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate degreeProfessional Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in school education or youth engagement.
- Experience in or some exposure to environmental awareness programmes.
- Experience in activity-based facilitation.
- Core Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong classroom facilitation.
- Ability to manage large student groups.
- Creativity in experiential learning.
- Documentation and reporting skills.Each Trainer will be paid Rs.1400/- for a 1.5 Hrs session and Rs.400/- per day for commuting to & fro to the school.Typically: Max of 3 sessions per day is the objective at the site (school). Trainers will be trained on the programme for which they will also be paid and commuting fare at the training site will also be covered.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹3,500.00 per day
