Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced All-Round Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing multiple cuisines (such as Indian, Continental, and Chinese) and must be capable of managing various kitchen stations independently. Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Cuisine Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of dishes across different cuisines based on the hotel menu and guest requirements.
- Kitchen Flexibility: Switch between different kitchen stations (such as tandoor, curry, pan-frying, or prep) efficiently depending on daily operational needs.
- Food Quality & Consistency: Ensure all food items are prepared to high taste, presentation, and portion control standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food hygiene standards at your workstation at all times.
- Stock Management: Assist in monitoring kitchen inventory, tracking ingredient freshness, and minimizing food wastage.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an All-Round Cook or Multi-Cuisine Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen.
- Education: A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of multiple cooking styles, knife skills, food preparation methods, and basic kitchen equipment operation.
- Attributes: High flexibility, physical stamina to handle busy kitchen hours, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
