Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, covering server and network components as well as specific software solutions. Tasks include performing initial and intermediate troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges, often collaborating with teams to maintain system stability and efficiency in both remote and onsite settings.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting technical procedures and support workflows to enhance team knowledge.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on routine technical issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of operating system environments and their maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across server and network infrastructure.
- Ability to work with various software vendors and brands to resolve technical problems.
- Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes within defined operating models.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
