The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is hungry to learn, detail-obsessed, and ready to contribute from day one. You will work closely with our founders team handling everything from the first customer to closing the order.
What You’ll Work On
- Acquiring new customers - interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers through field visits and network building.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long term-relationship with new and existing clients.
- Attend new and walk-in customers at the showroom and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for material planning, scheduling and dispatch to customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow-up on pending orders and outstanding payments.
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1+ year of experience in field sales, preferably in Building Materials & Construction Industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required.
