Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The candidate should have good communication skills, client-handling ability, and knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams
- Prepare sales reports and client documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and marketing
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience
- 0–3 years in real estate sales or related field
