About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and helping businesses find the right coworking and office space solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads for coworking spaces, managed offices, and virtual office solutions.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹25,530.80 - ₹40,918.04 per month
