Job Summary:
- We are looking for a candidate who will be an asset to our sales sourcing team.
- Candidate should have effective sales experience in the real estate market.
- Candidate must be experienced in sourcing activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Activation of Channel Partners — 20%
- Adhering to IBM, OBM & Weekly Walk-in targets as required by Sales Head — 20%
- Market Intelligence — 20%
- Technical skills related to specific industry — 20%
- Making reports & system understanding — 10%
- Good / effective communication — 10%
Minimum Requirements:
- Industry: Real Estate, Developer & Construction
- Education: Any Graduation
- Skills: Problem Solving, Knowledge of Real Estate Market, Leadership Skills
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
