About the Role
We are looking for our first GTM & Business Growth Associate who can help drive lead generation, outbound outreach, partnerships, demos, marketing and pipeline growth while working directly with the founder.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, exploring new markets, and contributing to the growth of AI and technology-driven products in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Location: Noida / NCR — Hybrid (3–4 days/week in office)

What You'll Do
- Research target companies/customers and decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach.
- Support partnership development and relationship-building activities.
- Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings.
- Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Join customer and partner calls.
- Track pipeline movement, opportunities, and action items.
- Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Make technical ideas readable for a business audience
- Contribute toward lead generation, brand awareness, demo, pipeline, and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in lead generation, business development, sales, partnerships, or GTM roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator,, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, Industrial Tech, or technology products.

- Enjoy writing, networking, and building professional relationships.
- Are active on LinkedIn or industry communities.
- Have explored AI tools, SaaS products, or technical systems.
- Have experience achieving sales, lead generation, or pipeline targets and bit of marketing.

Education
