Job Title *: Admin cum Receptionist*
Location: *Surat, Gujarat*
Experience: *Minimum 5 Years (Mandatory)*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage front office operations, visitors, calls, and reception area.
- Coordinate office administration, vendors, stationery, courier, insurance, FASTag, and transportation.
- Handle bus, train, flight, and hotel bookings for employees and management.
- Manage travel itineraries, modifications, cancellations, and emergency travel arrangements.
- Maintain records and reconciliation of 70+ corporate credit cards and coordinate with banks.
- Arrange accommodation, food, and logistics for guests and visiting employees.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth administrative operations.
*Requirement*
- Graduate in any discipline.*
- 5+ years of experience in Administration, Front Office, or Travel Coordination.
- Mandatory expertise in ticket booking (air, rail, and bus) and travel management.
- Experience handling corporate credit cards and payment tracking.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
*Preferred Candidate:*
- Experienced professional with strong administrative, travel coordination, and front office management skills who can independently handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
