Job Purpose:
To build long-term relationships with individual donors through regular communication, engagement, and retention strategies, ensuring continued support for APD’s programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor Communication & Engagement

Conduct regular follow-up calls to existing donors.

Share impact stories, reports, and updates via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Send thank-you notes, certificates, and festival greetings to donors.

Retention Campaigns
-
Implement donor retention and reactivation campaigns.

Promote monthly giving and donor upgradation programs.
-
Track donor lapses and engage with timely follow-ups.

Data Management
-
Maintain accurate donor information in CRM/Salesforce.

Record dispositions, call feedback, and communication history.

Reporting & Coordination

Generate weekly/monthly donor retention reports.
-
Coordinate with program and finance teams for donor queries, receipts, and reports.

Donor Servicing
-
Ensure timely issuance of 80G receipts and acknowledgments.

Handle donor inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in donor management, telecalling, or fundraising.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to build rapport and trust with donors.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
-
Fluency in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.
