Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential customers, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.
- Contact potential customers and explain products/services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–1 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Valid driving license (preferred for field sales).
