- B.E. graduates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Any Manufacturing Stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Interview scheduling and onboarding
- Employee attendance and operational support
- Client coordination and daily HR operations
- Maintain recruitment records and MIS reports
