Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage core finance, procurement, and administrative operations. This is a multi-functional role suited for a startup environment, where the individual will handle accounts, purchasing, stores, tender documentation, and basic HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally
- Manage invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in GST filings, statutory compliance, and audit support
- Track project-wise expenses and financial records
2. Tender & Documentation Support
- Identify relevant tenders and maintain tracking records
- Prepare and compile tender documents (technical & commercial coordination)
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements
3. Purchase & Vendor Management
- Handle procurement of components, materials, and services
- Obtain quotations, perform basic techno-commercial comparisons
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules
- Maintain vendor database and coordination
4. Stores & Inventory Management
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records
- Track inward/outward materials and consumption
- Coordinate with engineering teams for material planning
- Ensure proper documentation and stock audits
HR & General Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
- Support onboarding and administrative formalities
- Coordinate office administration and general operations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Management / any relevant discipline)
- Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently

Prior experience in a small company or startup environment
Exposure to tendering, procurement, or inventory systems

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
